Slow boating to Luang Prabang

Ensimmäiset hetket Laosissa! Onnellisina juuri rajan ylittäneet ja ajomatka Mekong-joelle. Kahden päivän slow boat-matka Luang Prabangiin voi alkaa!

// First happy moments after crossing the border to Laos. We drove to the pier by the Mekong River and were ready to start our 2-day slow boat journey to Luang Prabang.

Slow boat veneitä satamassa ja ensimmäisen päivän tunnelmia. Yö vietettiin puolivälissä Pakbengissa, josta seuraavana päivänä toiset seitsemän tuntia Luang Prabangiin. 

// Slow boats ready to departure at the pier and pictures from the boat. The night was spent in Pakbeng, the halfway point and the next day we continued for another 7 hours to Luang Prabang. 

Kuang Sin vesiputous Luang Prabangin lähettyvillä. Upein vesiputous, jonka oon ikinä nähnyt! Uimme pienessä salaisessa laguunissa vesiputouksen puolivälissä. Ylhäältä upeat näkymät Laosin viidakkoon. Varmaan paras päivä tähän mennessä!

// The Kuang Si Falls close to Luang Prabang. The most spectacular waterfall I've ever seen! We swam in a secret lagoon halfway up the the waterfall. From the top, the view to the jungle below was amazing. Probably the best day during my trip so far!
